• 怎么办？ -->>  让他们觉得自己办得到！
• 只要确定让他们在自己的程度上能够过关（以自己的程度学习），让他们尝到一点成功的甜头，他们就会想要更多。
• 但不管怎么做，不要让他们停留在某一程度，应该让他们快速前进，确定第一阶段成功之后，可以继续往更高的阶段。

• 如果学生确实遵守规矩，就应该公开称赞，让他们知道老师有多引以为荣。最好当着他们的面，告诉他们的父母或其他老师，而如果你想要给学生有形的奖赏，就尽管给，但并不是每次都一定要给奖品。
