• 请记住有些事情就是没得商量！像是班级的规定和教室常规，因为这些事情都必须维持一致的标准，才能有效执行，所以没有协商空间（除非是非常极端的例子）。只要老师允许事情有协商空间，尤其是这些执行细节早就决定好的事，通常就会爆发主导权的争夺。

• 开始执行规则后，一定要维持标准一致。如果标准不一，订什么规则都没用。不管秉持何种标准，老师都是有掌控权的人。不给学生商量的空间，一旦学生犯错，必须让他们接受相对的惩处。如果老师破例通融，就设下错误的示范，会很容易让自己陷于困境。
