迷思3:争夺主导权

You yelled at me and I yelled back
What else was there to do ?
We yelled some more, our throats got sore
And the tension grew and grew

And finally, in exhaustion, we both ran out of steam
Left standing in embarrassment, no pride left to redeem

  • 请记住有些事情就是没得商量!像是班级的规定和教室常规,因为这些事情都必须维持一致的标准,才能有效执行,所以没有协商空间(除非是非常极端的例子)。只要老师允许事情有协商空间,尤其是这些执行细节早就决定好的事,通常就会爆发主导权的争夺。
请注意,老师就是可以掌控这些状况的人。
  • 问题来了:学生如何知道那些事情没得商量?
    答案:当老师拒绝商量的时候。
  • 开始执行规则后,一定要维持标准一致。如果标准不一,订什么规则都没用。不管秉持何种标准,老师都是有掌控权的人。不给学生商量的空间,一旦学生犯错,必须让他们接受相对的惩处。如果老师破例通融,就设下错误的示范,会很容易让自己陷于困境。
