Why this crazy KC talking about will at so young age?
Isn't it will is for oldies?
DYING -- is not only happen for old age, but it could happen to anyone of us at anytime & any place!
In Malay, there's a proverb, "malang tak berbau", meaning that accident has no "smell". Yes, we couldn't know when are we leaving the world.
Since uncertainty is the truth of life, a will is not only a need, but I can say it is a MUST!
Here's the reason why we need a will:
- Clear & unambiguous instructions
- Appointing the people you trust to administer your estate
- Legacies
- Protection for unmarried cohabitants
- Life interests
- Marriage, Divorcees and Re-marriage
* a bit different from other country, in Malaysia, divorce will not null your will, but surely you would like to do some arrangement for your asset distribution to protect your own family - Funeral arrangements [but I don't really recommend you to do so in your will]
